Patient Information Leaflets

There are a number of drug related patient information leaflets on the intranet. The prescribing support team have developed a series of leaflets, which support patient education on the management of medicines. These leaflets are often designed to support prescribing initiatives such as the Proton Pump Inhibitor Policy. Any changes to your medication should only be made after consultation with your Doctor.

All leaflets undergo a local public consultation process prior to distribution.
